Car/Truck condition reporting
Before your reservation:
- Log in to the DemoShare kiosk, follow the instructions and retrieve the keys to your demo
- Walk Around the vehicle before you begin your reservation to note any damage (larger than a quarter on body, any tire or rim/wheel damage)
- You must contact Laurie Ainsworth and/or document any damages (via time stamped mobile phone photo) or be held responsible.
- Take the time to familiarize yourself with the basic controls (lights, wipers, AC/heat) BEFORE you start driving.
- Access the hands-free option for your mobile phone or don’t use your phone while operating our shared fleet
During your reservation:
- Return your demo with a full tank of fuel. For EV users please plug your demo in to one of the available charging stations to fully charge for the next user.
- Remove any trash left in the car (even if the trash isn’t yours!) and shake out the floor mats
- Provide EV feedback via the journal left in the demo
- Your reservation is complete once you log in to the DemoShare system and return the keys to their correct position in the key box.
Please note - The opportunity to use the demo fleet is a privilege and not an employee benefit. Failure to abide by all demo and employee policies could result in your demo privileges being suspended or ceased.
