Demonstrator fleet is for the use of authorized drivers only.
Maximum length of reservation is 7 days
Before your reservation
- Log in to the FleetShare Kiosk, follow the instructions and retrieve the keys to your assigned demo
- Walk around the vehicle before you begin your reservation and note any pre-existing damages. (any body damage larger than a quarter, any tire/rim damage, any glass damage)
- You must contact [email protected] and document (via time stamped mobile phone photo) any pre-existing damage or you could be held responsible.
- Take the time to familiarize yourself with the basic controls (lights, wipers, AC/heat, radio and Bluetooth set-up) before you start driving.
- Access the hands free features on your demo and connect your mobile phone or don't use your phone while driving
During Your Reservation
- You are the only one authorized to drive this demonstrator
- No smoking, no pets, nothing that will leave any odors behind
- Report any accidents immediately to Laurie Ainsworth
- Always operate this demonstrator in a lawful manner
At the End of Your Reservation
- Return your demo with a full tank of fuel. For EV users please plug your demo in to recharge for the next user
- Remove any trash left in the demo (including trash that's not yours) and shake out the floor mats
- Provide feedback about your EV experience in the journal left in the demo
- Your reservation is complete once you log in to the DemoShare system via the kiosk and return the keys to the correct position in the key box
Please Note
The opportunity to use the demo fleet is a privilege. Failure to abide by all demo and employee policies could result in your demo privileges being suspended or ceased. Not all demo vehicles are made available to all eligible employees. Some reservations will require management approval due to availability, nature of requests or prior commitments.
